Weekend Stays (excluding peak weekends)

Weekend nights are either a Friday & Saturday night or Saturday & Sunday night.

Must be booked within 2 days of arrival and paid for in full immediately

 

 

Groups, Conference & Corporate Rates:

Game Drives

· Local - R75 per adult (R40 for children on special kids game drive)

Fully Catered rates include accommodation and all meals from dinner on the day of arrival until (including) breakfast on the day of departure. Lunch as well as afternoon tea with eats are included from the second day. All tea & coffee is complimentary, but any other refreshments are charged for separately.

 

Self – Catered rates include accommodation only and excludes all meals and drinks.

 

Weekend reservations are normally subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights. If accepted, single night bookings over a weekend will be charged at R680 pp sharing in a chalet , and at R1400 for cottages.

Under 3 years stay free

3 -12 pay accommodation + 50% of meals

Teenagers = adult rates

 

Deposits

50% required on confirmation of booking

Are not cumulative, unless specifically stated

 

VAT- WagonDrift Lodge is Not VAT registered

 

Levies

Tourism Levy @ 1% excluded from all prices

Any other levies that might be enforced by law are excluded.

Although Charles Randall (Trading as WagonDrift Lodge) , its employees, and/or agents will take every possible care against any contingencies, they cannot be held responsible for, and shall be exempt from all liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person and/or his/her luggage or personal property.
